Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans, memberships, and subscriptions available on NumiCircle (https://numicircle.com/packages).


1. No Refund on Membership Purchases

All payments made for NumiCircle packages are final and non-refundable.

Once a user purchases any package or subscription:

  • We do not offer refunds

  • We do not provide partial refunds

  • We do not issue refunds for unused time, early cancellations, or accidental purchases

Please review all package details carefully before completing payment.


2. Auto-Renewal Policy (If Enabled)

If your subscription includes auto-renewal:

  • You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle

  • Fees already charged for renewal are not refundable

You may cancel renewal anytime from your account settings.


3. Cancellation of Membership

Users may cancel their membership at any time, but:

  • The cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period

  • Access to premium features will continue until the subscription expires

  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining period


4. Payment Issues / Failed Transactions

If a payment fails or is deducted but the package is not activated:

  • Users must contact support within 48 hours

  • Proof of payment may be required

  • Incorrect or duplicate charges will be refunded only if the issue occurred due to a technical error on our side


5. Fraud or Abuse

NumiCircle reserves the right to:

  • Cancel subscriptions

  • Disable accounts

  • Reject refund requests
    if fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the platform is detected.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.


6. Change or Discontinuation of Packages

NumiCircle may modify package features, pricing, or discontinue certain membership plans.
These changes do not qualify for refunds.

For faster and more organized assistance, we handle all requests through our Support Center.

You can raise tickets for:

  • Membership & subscription queries

  • Payments, invoices & refunds

  • KYC & verification assistance

  • Technical or platform-related issues

  • General queries & feedback

Each ticket is tracked to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
